Goodbye 2009

I feel like January is already almost over, and it hasn’t even begun yet. Not sure how I feel about that…
2009 was an incredible and life defining year for me. Sure there have been a fair share of disappointments along the way as well, but lets be honest…I am alive, I’m breathing, and I watched the sun rise this morning. Life is GOOD, because I have been given life. That is what matters, and I’m feeling that more and more everyday.
I want to be known as someone who loves well, who brings people together, and who ultimately gets that it’s not about me. That it’s about the grace and love of a God that dreams bigger than I could ever imagine, and saves me in the process. I am thankful for that, and I’m thankful for another year that I get to watch it all unfold.
